About Christina

Christina is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator licensed in Ontario, Canada offering web based and telephone nutrition counselling.

She has worked in Primary Care for over 13 years helping clients in Diabetes Management, Cardiovascular Health and Digestive Health in the Niagara Region.

She has continued her education in patient care by completing additional certifications in motivational interviewing, emotional & mindful eating, IBS management and she is currently doing continuing education in eating disorders. 

She has a passion for teaching others and helping clients follow through with dietary change. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, including her three beautiful children.
